Not all fry will take the decap BBS. There's this product called Instant BBS from Ocean Nutrition. I used it before with 50/50 results. It's basically a suspension full of newborn BBS that were flash frozen. The liquid is water I think. See this video:

Decent results with non fussy fry. Some fry only take foods that move, but this product should be good for cichlid fry as long as they associate the color of the BBS with food.
