Some of these are very rare. You'll have an easier time going to the locations and collecting some of these yourself.
At least in Singapore you are not too far off from locations to collect.
Get on and join the Crypts digest if you are really into this genus. I am and have been for 20 years.

Suggest you make a trip to Kuching in Sarawak as you may be able to find most of them in that area. (Except for usteriana which is from the Philippines.)
