I think is the same they sell in LFS which is called the 3rd generation of yellow powder selling at $3.50 small packet.

This yellow powder is a form of antibiotic from the nitrofuran class of synthetic antibiotics. Good for bath treatments and it is easily absorbed by the fish through the skin, but it can cause cancer and some mutation in some fish. Do not use this medication unless you know the proper dosage, or you may risk making things worst.
