Hyphessobrycon heterorhabdus? That's my guess.
I found these in a shoal of Corydoras pymaeus so I think they might be from Peru. The shop owner was pretty shure they arrived in the same bag anyway.
Some people have guesse Hyphessobrycon amapaensis, but they're not. This is their full colour. When stressed they loose the stripes completely and only show a black dot behind the gills.
