] i think your lights are sufficient.. but it would be better if u can add another tube of white
what are u planning to keep? U must monitor the water temperature.. coz it might become very hot.
what is the height between the water and the lights? That will determine whether can the lights penetrate into the bottom of the tank. chances are, using PL, it should be a bit weak at the bottom of the tank but should do just fine if u have corals that do not demand intensive lightings like hard corals..
