I'm wondering if anyone tried this LED light ? Will it do well for a 1.5ft low tech planted ?
And I've checked that it states that it is 56mW ?

I am testing this led light A40 8000K for a 1 ft tank. tested for about 3-4weeks
    I think i calculate its about 3-4 W , probably less than 200LM

my glosso has started crawling, frogbits growing 3cm diameter to 5 cm
i tried 12 hours straight has better results than staggered.
    growth is slow

    low tec, using bio carbon.
    no pearlie
    liquid fert + root monster

I may consider to buy a full coverage LED from 60ish to 225 LED

Look at 3w per led bulb.

Up led lights are using weaker pen bulbs in terms of wattage. For the stock led light set being sold in local lfs, beam works brand has the strongest W per bulb @ 1W per bulb, IMO it's bright enough and enough par value to grow glosso creeping.

I thought Beam Works models are only 0.06W per bulb?

Eh, although I did own one beam works light set. But I saw the display 3 feet BW light at jxz, they certainly do not look like 0.06Wbulbs

    Where's JXZ?

Btw, I got the "0.06W" specification from the product page at Mizuworld's site. Personally, I have not seen a set in real life before.
