I got no comment on the Biozym products, but if you need a bacterial starter culture, it is best to Google on product reviews etc. Some bacteria starters only contain one type of the two main bacteria required. The other issue is that their shelf-life is limited to a period of time, before the bacteria start dying in the bottle etc. However in the nitrogen cycle, there are many different species that play a role in the process aside from the Nitrosomonas and Nitrobacter bacteria.
If you want a effective ammonia remover, use zeolite. As for hastening the cycle time of ADA soil, there is nothing that can be done except to use the recommended bacteria starter for ADA products like Bacter 100. This basically seeds the tank with the necessary microbes, and the ammonia that is released from the ADA soil will do the rest.
