But got the sea smell and woulded it really spoil the water parameters?
I am getting small fresh water shrimp shell, not those big one from the sea.
If you are using those from the sea, I think most of us will love to share your information as well.
I will be feeding them a few shrimps shell (for my tiny number of shrimps) once a week as a kind of treat.
If they really fancy it, I might give a little more, as long as they finished it within a couple of hours.
What do you guys think???
You mean market prawn/shrimp shells? After you makan the meat, give the shells to our shrimps?

I thought the shrimps will feed on their own molted shells? Wouldn't that serve the same purpose?

I think it will spoil the water, shrimps will not be able to eat prawn shell, it is too hard
Small shrimp shell peel and then wash(I have ground water that my shrimp are using).
Makan the meat and give shell ----> shell usually harder after cooking and one have to make sure it is grilled without any seasoning nor oil.
They get bigger as they molt and sometime other greedy shrimps eat their molted shells.
My only fear is whether this will cause them to have molting problem or rise of GH.
