Wondering if you might be able to share some information about your tank(parameters).
Which lfs and when did you purchase the fishes from?
Might be easier for others to advise with more details

My tank is about 2ft planted with 2 plant i bought both pleco and Otocinclus since last year April till now then the problem started. Could it be algae not enough ? Or been poison ? or Salt ?
could be anything.. age, illness, malnutrition, bad water quality etc. need more details of your tank for the gurus around to know what's wrong.
Low tech tank FTW!
what type of pleco? your pleco might not be the algae eating type and they do need pellet food to survive..
1 Common Pleco and 1 Goldy Pleco
4 Oto
8guppies
i feed them wafer/blood worm for 8 month already no problem so now thing like this happen i got shock.
Do feed the otos. 4 in a tank is too much to reply on algae, if your tank less is 3 feet or less
Algae does not only need light to survive but also nutrients. I keep a single Oto in a 4 ft tank and it still needs supplementary food in the form of pellets. When you noticed the fish were dying, did you see any sunken bellies, obvious signs of injuries etc? Because if it's only the plecos/otos dying then there must be a problem either in the diet, or the tank environment itself.
Fish.. Simply Irresistable
Back to Killies... slowly.
