    really nice tank. how did you do up the moss at the background? and what soil are you using for your sakura and crs tank?

    Sorry for the late reply. Attached is the latest picture taken. Not much changes, only the bottom of the pine tree grown more dense, covering all exposed wood base.

    So far the cooler temperature in my office gave the spiky moss this look and feel as compared to the ones I have at home running on fan. If you are keen, I can harvest some moss and pass to you FOC if you happen to be at suntec (pm me in advance to arrange).

    Hi Huizhong,
    If you are referring to the pine tree in the IQ3, I used spiky moss to tie to a triangle block of wood. I start from the bottom and slowly by layering them like steps. So when the moss grow out, it will create this pine tree effect.

    The soil are leftovers GEX red pack from my other projects.

    Thanks bro, will keep that in mind. The lights you used are those stock Dymax LED that comes with the IQ3 right?

    Yes, the default that came with IQ3. I find it too weak so added another unit which is a spare in my store room. So total 2 units of the stock LED lights.

    Pico tank with built in sump is too small to fit any chiller. It is enjoying the free air-con in my office.
