I have a Glass GUSH 17mm opipe (inflow). Its about the same as ADA Lily Pipe V.

I was wondering how users clean the pipe itself? I am having trouble cleaning the suction area and the "U" part.

    Any users can enlighten me?

Think you can soak them in mixture of water and bleach, then wash them clean with water before installing them back to the tank. Had recently tried this for the first time with my gush mini input/output pipes and it works really well.

Yup, similar to the advice by tiintinn above. I usually soaked my lily pipes & filter hose in bleach & then dechlorinated with Prime. The brownish slime will disappear after a few days.
