length of the external probe for chiller

Hi all, anyone knows if all the external probes for chiller are of the same length?
I need to shift my chiller away, but the constraint of the length of the external probe is stopping me.

Trying to see if there's longer external probe or maybe seeking the option of using another piece of cable to connect to the existing cable to lengthen it.

I think you can just get any cable and extend it. The probe is just a temperature sensitive resistor.

i think you just cut the cable and do a connection i know the new one selling at SLT is 2m the old with the metal probe is 3-3.5 i think.

I see i see, i bought the plastic probe one. Its about 1 metre or so only. Will go look for another cable at SLT to do the connection when im more free! Thanks alot bro!
