Recently set up a white cloud mountain minnow tank, is this set up suitable for them?
That's a very small tank from what I see. You can probably keep at most 4 WCMM in there without stressing them too much. Since they are mostly locally bred, our climate is fine for them. However, you may need to keep the tank a little cooler. With a covered hood it tends to get warm in the tank.
Have you done the necessary cycling phase?

Chiming on Stormhawk's question: Did you cycle the water yet?
Looks like you've got a powerhead. I assume there is a filter attached to the powerhead as well? If there is, what kind of filtration medium(s) are you using?
The size will certainly limit the number of fish you can keep, as already mentioned.
Instead of plastic plants, you may want to consider hardy and low light plants eg Java Fern tied to wood. It would help to use up some of the nutrients in the tank to minimise risk of harmful build up of substances like nitrates.
You're off to a good start though.
Hi all. Haha, I'm intending to keep 5 of them though, heard they'll be happier in groups of 5. I replaced the plastic plants with a moss ball and java moss.cycling in process.
