Rummy nose can get along well with any fishes that doesn't attack them I think.
I will be more worried about whose fin will be nipped by your dwarf puffer.
I have a 3 feet tank which I recently (finally) took the time to rescape. In it now (and have been living in peace and harmony) are:
1. 10 Rummy Nose
2. 4 White Cloud Mountain
3. A lot of Malayan & Cherry shrimps (My cleaning crew)
4. A couple of Nerties
5. 6 dwarf puffer fishes (I had a snail problem)
Now that everything is nicely scaped, I'm intending to add more rummies (probably another 10). Thought about including a new group of fishes in smaller numbers like maybe 8 or 10. My tank is tall so I would like a variety of fishes swimming around.
Could anyone advise what would be suitable? I'm thinking Golden Pristella Tetras. Would they get along with my rummies?
Any advise is appreciated...
Thanks!

Harlequins or Zebra Danios occupy different water levels from rummy tetra. Hatchets too, but they are expensive jumpers.

Thanks for all your advices guys... Yeah. I was worried about the puffers hurting the other residences. my hubby just bought them without me one day and dumped them in. It's been more than 3 months now and all fishes are unhurt. Snails all gone too. Today I got for the tank:
1. 4 yamato shrimps
2. 4 Pristilla tetras
3. 10 galaxies
The 4 pristillas schoo very tightly to my surprise. Wanna get more. Didn't see any healthy rummy noise today so maybe I'll pop by seaview this sat. What do you guys think of those balloon red eyes?
By the way, I was observing this morning, and I realise that the Pristillas school very tightly. But the ones I bought aren't shaped like usually tetras which are longish. They look more like mini promfets shape. Diamond-ish. Here's a picture to share. Did I get the correct fish? Because the colour and all looks exactly like those in the websites but the shape seems different.

Its one of those 'balloon' fish. Not a fan. The actual ones are much longer shaped.

Yeah, I thought it looked a little like one of those Balloon Red Eye. Quite nice ma those. Haha. Anyways, How rude of me to ask so many questions and not share pics of what I have. Very amateur. I am not the really seriously technical hobbyist. I just do what's easy for maintenance for me.
