    Spotted 4 juveniles at C328. Quite cute. This genus will pop out once in a while in the market.

    "This genus includes only one known species.

    Ctenops are ambush predators with mouths that can open surprisingly wide. They need to be kept in LARGE tanks with a lot of varied hiding places for dominated fish. These hunters from India and Bangladesh do best in large groups.

    They are delicate, a fact complicated by the bulk and size (4 inches{10cm}) of the animals."

    Nice looking fish. I read that they are territorial and aggressive, so probably need to choose their tank mates carefully to avoid some casuatlies.
