Where can I get small fan and thermometer for my small shrimp tank?
Looking for a small fan and thermometer for my small shrimp tank. Preferably cheap and good. Anyone can tell me where can I get them and how much is it? Thank you. Just picked up this hobby hence unsure.

Approach your local fish shop and check with them on this. They probably might have some in stock, so it depends on your preference of brands or budget. If the tank is small, I really don't think you would need a fan unless you have direct sunlight on the tank or a heater near it. Place it in a corner of the room where there's no natural or synthetic heat (appliances, etc). Having a fan would increase evaporation rate and you would have to top up your water frequently, which will mess up your water parameters.

for fan (unless necessary as yours is a small setup, evaporation will be fast & you'll need to top-up more often with fan blowing) - you can use & DIY those PC fans yourself or otherwise get 2nd hand from AQ's marketplace.

for thermometer, Daiso sells small ones @ $2 each for the mini glass-type. Think there's even smaller ones selling @ $1 at some LFSs if my memory did not fail me... Alternatively look out for 2nd hand digital thermometer from AQ's marketplace also...

Haha thanks. I actually upgraded my tank twice already. And I have two thermometers inside. One is glass one the other is free. Some sticker kind. Not sure bout can yet. Now using 2.7 gallon tank.

I got mine from c328, a mini pc fan that comes with a holder for ab 9 bucks, as for thermometers, most lfs would have cost around 2-3 bucks
