Occasionally at C328 as juveniles, they could be another Laetacara but they appear in the shop once every now and then.

Re: Where to find this fish?

The true curviceps is probably not very common in the hobby. According to some info on the web, most of the available fish are L. dorsigera. I had some fish that were probably known as sp. Bolivien in the hobby, based on some online threads, because they showed intermediate colors and pattern between L. curviceps and L. dorsigera. Just for your info, L. curviceps was redescribed here:

    http://www.vertebrate-zoology.de/vz5...9-2_Ottoni.pdf

Simple diagnostic to differentiate them is that L. dorsigera has a mid body stripe that ends at the mid-body blotch, whereas L. curviceps has the line running from the head to the tail. L. dorsigera is redder, curviceps much more blue.
