There are 3 possible seals that need replacement..
the first are the set of seals on the tip of the connector - where the pipes join the head-unit of the filter.
the second is the seal at the similar location as above, except it is on the head unit.
the 3rd is the most probable cause.. it is the orange color seal inside the head that stops the water from flowing upwards during pumping action.
Other than the first set of seals mentioned above, the rest need some knowledge/experience and tools to access.
I believe there could be limited stock for seal mentioned in the 2nd point above but I believe QianHu knows how to make do and repair for you.
As for the big orange seal, I find the best way to avoid the problem is never to use the priming function of the Eheim.. just fill the water to the brim after each cleaning of filter, and turn on the power immediately after you connect back the pipes and you should be able to get the filter pumping.. that orange seal is a pain to me because I believe a small nick or catch during the priming action will cause the sealing to fail.
