That is a nice red rili shrimp.
Notice that your second tank is using internal filter? Are the inlet covered with sponge ?
And the HOF in your first tank, I can't really tell whether is the inlet pipe covered with sponge or wire mesh too.
Just make sure they are covered else your baby shrimplets will be suck in.

Huizhong - All my filters are covered with sponge to prevent babies from sucking into the inlet .

My 30cm ADA cube tank is powered by 11W lighting , using ehiem canister now , Ada Co2 Set Version 2 at 1bubble/s , conditioners - ada bright K , Ada Green Brighty Step 2 , Dennerle Crusto shrimp conditioner and food --- crus cuisine by CRS Haven .

I am quite surprise that this small cylinder here can last for soooo long ....
till now 3 months usage 4-5 hours from monday to friday . until now still co2 coming out .... thumbs up !!! my dennerle set already finnish 2 months ago compare to this ....

managed to catch a lot seed shrimp... but be careful shrimplet might go inside too
