Recently I just measured my ph, appear to be 5.1 only. Is there any way to increase it to 6.2 or 6.5 without increasing the GH?

You can try adding some PH buffer, if GH rise, just do some water change with distilled water to lower GH. Actually anyboby can correct me if I'm wrong, PH, KH and GH are related. As long your PH is low your GH/KH are also at the lower side, unless you have rocks or substrate that alters GH/KH. So no worries on GH/KH to rise if you alter PH by 0.8~1.0 difference.

    Currently my water parameters are
    Ph: 5.1
    Gh:5
    Kh: unknown
    Nh3: 0
    No2: 0
    No3: 0
    Temp: 25-27

    Does baking soda help?
Maybe coral chips/oystel shell to increase ph and WC with distilled water to drop gh?

1 thing I don't understand is why would my ph drop so low when my gh maintain at 5. I tot it's linked somehow? I didn't add anything special or rock in the tank. Using ada soil which have been cycled since last year may.

Maybe you can recheck your ph with some other means, if currently using ph meter use liquid and vice versa.

Maybe recalibrate your PH meter to ensure it's reading correctly. If not use another PH meter or pen to check.

Baking soda should be last resort bro. Coral chips should be fine but add a little at a time and wait a day for the pH to stabilize before adding more.
Normally, pH crashes happens in old tanks because of nitrate built up but your nitrate is zero.
GH has nothing to do with pH directly. It is KH that helps to buffer pH. KH forms part of GH but it is possible to have zero KH and 4GH. Corals or soda will add KH, which in turn will add to GH, but you do not need alot to increase the pH, not to worry.

I would suggest double checking your pH readings too as I also see no reason for it to be so low unless you are doing waterchange with very acidic water

ADA soil always has this problem of dropping ph to 5.
If your area tap water is not very high, I suggest you don't use ADA soil. If your tap water is ph8+ then ADA will suit in this situation to bring down the high ph. And also limit the amount of soil in the tank.
Go for other types of soil such as gex, help, mosura, broneowild etc.

How about the new Amazonia soil?
