just wanna ask, will otto and panda cory eat up my cherry shrimps? or the shrimplets?

Otto are algae eaters, but panda cory I doubt so, better not mix the cory with shrimps.

The only Cory I would dare to try is the pygmy cory. Best not to have them though, as they tend to dig and eat things on the substrates.
I've tried hillstream loach and they seemed to be shrimp safe. Big, clumsy, shy, vegetarian and with a mouth position that is totally unable to be used to aim at anything. But they do ram into things often...so the shrimps may not like it
