High Nitrate Level, seachem matrix or seachem de nitrate?

Hi people! I am having high nitrate problem in my shrimp tank. Hence thinking of getting seachem matrix or seachem de nitrate.

Need some reviews/comments of the product over here!

I never use any chemical,just perform WC.Will add in frogbits or hornwort.

Actually the above seachem matrix and de nitrate are all media like than liquid bacteria. Both as good. But i want to reduce nitrate fast, i use microbelift niteout II. Tested and proven.

Thanks for sharing. Anyone tried any of it before? I want to reduce my nitrate. Is it effectie? I have seen them places saying it does not help in lowering nitrate.

Hornworts and water change is a safer bet.

Not forgetting that you should also identify and ideally, remove, the source of such copious amount of nitrogenous waste

Just to take note, seachem matrix and de nitrate are all medias instead of chemicals which some of the bros here presumed. They are made up of inorganic materials thou.. And their way of removing nitrate are by means of cultivating anaerobic bacteria.
