Not all sharks appreciate a deep tank. The majority kept in such large aquariums are pelagic species like the mako, black tip etc. So if anything, they would go nuts swimming in circles in that tank since they need more swimming space, not so much in terms of depth.

You can make a mini version with a cylindrical tank, and just shrimps, like those self contained "systems" for the Hawaiian Red Shrimp aka Halocaridina rubra, that were being sold locally but an LFS.
