Need help for plants

Hi Guys,

Recently the leaves of my plants looks as if its curling, not sure how to explain.
I have attached an image to show it.

Initially, I suspect it could be mineral deficiency, so I bought seachem flourish, after 2 week, I don't see any improvement.
Anyone can help?
