New Tank setup

I'm setting up a new tank 4ftx1.5ftx2ft(LxDxH) for plants. How am i going to set the tank up. Pls advise.

That is a very vague question. What do you mean by how? Physically? Surely you can't be asking when to add gravel, when to add water, how to install filter, etc?
