    hi

    just setup a 2ft tank with following parameters;

    jbl base fert
    no co2
    nanas, java ferns, tiger lotus, e. tenellus.
    35w lights 10 hrs
    no liq fert

    for the above setup, is it advisable to use seachem flourish or excel as fert? what is the difference between the 2?

    thanks for the advise
    cheers
    Melvin

    Flourish is pretty much a trace mix (negligible N-P-K) and Flourish Excel is
    a source of organic C for folks who don't wish to inject gaseous CO2. Check out Seachem website for more information.

    A suggestion: Consider DIY CO2 - Flourish Excel can get a bit expensive after a while.
