Re: How much eye power do you give your shrimp each day?

I figure, most people will spend about 30 mins or so, or random peeks every now and then to check on their shrimps, if nothing nice is on TV or they got nothing else to do.

1 hr and slight peek now and then as my CO will complain that I've spend more time on shrimps rather than the family.

Everyday when i'm home afterwork, i'll just concentrate in my fishes and shrimps until its bed time. Wife also complain that i paid too much attention to them.

Then in the morning after brushing teeth and shower, i will take a 10mins look at the shrimps before i go work. And yes, i'm always late for work. Haha... So deone, you are absolutely normal! Hehe....

Around an hour to look and 30 more minutes to think of what to buy to improve their living standard ... burn pocket

Bro Deone, most shrimp keepers should be having the same situation (unless you are a female then might be a little different)..

    1. CO complaining that we are spending more time with shrimps then them..

    2. Why spend so much money on these pets that doesn't respond to you other then food given & dying when you least expected (from CO)

As for eye power.. I don't dare to look at my tanks too long in case one fine day I see my tanks full of 'sleeping' shrimps... So maximum for me maybe 1hr a day, more on weekends.. (practically quick glimpse only.. Darn... Hahaha)

You look too long also no point. How the shrimp want to get down to their hanky panky if you keep staring at the tank?

Re: How much eye power do you give your shrimp each day?

i got 5 tanks to see, each spent around 10 mins to look at them during their supper ( every night )

last time more worst, setting up of tank eats into my sleeping time.

That's why I don't live with my shrimps! Hahaha!
Every 2 days drop by to feed and watch for 1 hour, then once a week do waterchange, cleaning and weaning shrimplets.

Dudes here, I'm a girl and I assure you, my other half complains too. He would ask "How can you actually sit there for hours staring and staring, testing the water with all those tubes over and over again everyday?!"
