Looking for sherwin ....MH Qs

Looking for sherwin(I noe he has a set frm kelantan rd) or any expert on MH lights. Need to get it soon so need info.

I am getting for my 5ftX2X2.

I hav been looking ard kelantan, has saw the lamp used by sherwin. Wanted to buy but hav a few queries...

1) Is 70W X2 sufficient for my tank?
2) Is iwsaki bulb better than osram?
3) Is there a bulb that has UV filter incorportaed?
4) Frosted glass or clear glass, which is better?
5) Where to find UV filter glass? Cost? Izzit a must?
6) Was told pulley mechanism not relaible, iizit true?
7) Any thing to look out for when buying MH frm kelantan rd?
