Looks good! About the hair algae, maybe you can take a close up picture for the rest to provide the right solution. Alternatively, you might want to throw in some shrimps to rid your tank of algae. They should do a pretty decent job of it.

I am a beginner in planted tank. The problem I have is around my spiky moss there're lots of dirts, that I suspects are hair algae
