    Sharing some of my shrimps.

    Mixture of mainly Fire Reds from GC and some low grades Sakuras from C328

    1ft tank
    Eden 501 with Mr Aqua CR
    LED from AZ
    Gex fan 24 hours on
    Sponge filter for aeration
    Topping up with distilled water daily

    Benibachi soil
    Base layer of Mosura BT-9, Mosura Old Sea Mud

    Feeding regime
    Borneo Wild Ebi Rasu 1,2 and 3

    Conditioning
    Borneo Wild Crimson and Mosura Gravidas

    Ammonia: 0
    Nitrate: 0
    Nitrite: 15
    KH: 4
    GH: 6
    Ph: 6.8

    Sadly, still looking for horny males as my tank is having a lesbian party every night. Made a mistake of choosing the ones with the biggest body frame and best color, thus resulting in only females.

    Hi, i woud like to know if its good to put rocks? As rocks increase GH right? How you gonna control the GH level?

    What rock you are using bro? Test it with white vineger see if it alter the water perimeter.

    Just picked up a bunch of male shrimp from bro Nav. Hope they are horny and start to mate! Gonna aclimatize them while i take a shower and watch a movie!

    Yup, its like he went fight night yesterday and came back with blue black all over. But then, i like that purplish tint.

    Haha, someone in Europe actually tried to stabilize the blue black and called it "Sakura Royal Blood". You can google and see them

    nice FR. they cost quite alot but its worth it for the colour and the huge size i must say. i bought quite a few too.

    With regards to the 4th photo posted, is this a low grade Painted red? Can see all the legs including the swimmers are red. What do you guys define as cracks in the body? When i shine a light at it, could not see tru the exoskeleton, which i presume is that the color on the body is deep.

    But some questions, should the eggs be slight yellowish tint white in color? How long will she carry the eggs?

    Yes colours for FR egg is what you describe, will take 21-28days to see baby shrimp out
