No idea for the E/NE shops, but in the west, Polyart and C328 stocks these on an irregular basis. Sometimes they are the balloon type.
hello been to seaview and a few shops in the east yet couldnt find them, any shops in the east, northeast that sells them? thanks alot.

You're in luck. I spotted a few in a tank at Polyart. They are mixed with C. paleatus and albino C. aeneus I think. 70 cents each.
