Help about shrimps

Hello everyone ! i'm a beginner in keeping shrimps . I develop this interest after looking at my friend's tank . May i ask a couple of questions ?

1) Isit possible to mix different kinds of shrimps together ? Like CRS , BDS , cherry , rili shrimps together in the same tank ?

2) Does it mean that my tank is not well kept in condition as my shrimps are not nibbling on something ?

3) I know there are different grades of CRS . What if i put all the C grade CRS together and they have offsprings , does it mean that the shrimplet will definitely be C grade when they grow up ?

Answer to 1) some of the shrimp will crossbreed and hurray you get either damn ugly shrimp or you get a new mutation and auction it off (which is unlikely for the later)
Answer to 2) despite you have done i presume the cycling of tanks etc. Than more info is require on your setup like software and hardware of your tanks? sometime newly introduce shrimp will go into hiding
Answer to 3) that depend if do selective breed well you might get to have better shrimp (maybe in a few years) if you doesn't YES most likely you will end up with C grade.
