Hi folks, may main challenge is black beard algae. I used a newish product called '0' Algae and it works. But after I got the plants growing fast and furious afterwards, and all seems well for a couple of months, the dreaded BBA returns (this time with some green slime on substrate).

Should I continue using '0' Algae (the manufacturer recommends maintenance dosage to keep algae away)?

btw, this product really works. and it does not affect plants. but i worry long-term use will have some undesirable side effects.

any expert advice?
