    Hi Valentin,

Welcome and glad that you found this sub killie forum! As for killies eggs of any species, particularly Austrolebias nigripinnis, I think you will have better luck contacting breeders from your region, that is, Europe. Lot of associations, clubs and breeders over there. That's also where most of us got our fish eggs from and most importantly, the shipping price and transit time will be cheaper and faster, as compared to anywhere else, I suppose.

You can always look up Aquabid as well; http://www.aquabid.com/cgi-bin/aucti...i?fwkillifishe
Some of the sellers listed there are from Europe. Good luck!

    Kind regards,
    Shi Xuan

Bună Valentin and welcome to AQ.

The AKFB show in Belgium just ended a few days ago. There are upcoming killifish shows in Europe in the coming months. If you don't mind travelling within Europe then these would be great places to buy fish and eggs and meet other breeders from other nations:

    SEK (Spain) - 27-29 April 2012 - Gijon, Spain
    DKG (Germany) - 17-20 May 2012 - http://www.killi.org/calendar.php?la...ent&calEid=386 - Gantweg, Germany
    AIK (Italy) - 26-27 May 2012 - http://www.aik.it/test/menu-alto/con...-aik-2012.html - Borzano di Albinea, Italy
SKLIK (Slavic nations) - 8-10 June 2012, Odessa, Ukraine
BKV (Belgium - Dutch speaking) - 9-10 June 2012 - Broechem, Ranst, Belgium (near Antwerp)
KFN (Netherlands) - 7-9 September - Asperen, Netherlands
KCF (France) - 14-16 September - Montmerle sur Saone, Ain, France
CZKA (Czech Republic) - 20-23 September - Botanic Gardens, Prague, Czech Republic
    SKS (Scandinavia) - 28-30 September 2012 - sks.killi.dk - City of Køge, Denmark
    BKA (Britain) - 5-7 October 2012 - http://www.bka.org.uk/node/84 - Buxton, Derbyshire, England
APK (Portugal) - 19-21 October 2012 - not sure of location

That should be it unless I missed some. Nearest association to you should be the KAB, Killifish Association of Bulgaria, but I am not sure if they are having a show this year. You might want to see this website too:

There seems to be an association in Romania too.

    Re: Austrolebias nigripinnis

    Hello Valentin,

Best bet is to visit your neighbouring countries during their killie shows. It is the easiest and fastest way to get good fish easily. You should try the shows in Germany, France, Denmark and Portugal. The Bulgarians have an active society but no details on this year's show yet. Aquabid is your other option. You can even get live fish via Aquabid since some sellers are located in Europe. There's a seller from Spain who has a nice strain of nigripinnis.

I wish you luck on getting the nigripinnis soon. They are a nice fish.
