Bolbitis showing signs of rotting

Brought 2 pots of Bolbitis (according to the label, both of it written as bolbitis sp.) recently.


Currently, I am seeing signs of decaying in some parts of the leaves. I am concern if these are aquatic species? Cant do well in aquatic environment. Or just adapting to the new submerse condition?

Anyone have any experience with these bolbitis?
