resun is cheapest due to the noise output (and that its undercutting competition), I think its just $600 for 1 hp version.

hi all!
i m looking for a chiller.i found out that resun is the cheapest among other brand.(correct me if i m wrong!) however, there are feedback saying that it is noisey and there will be copper lickage for this brand, and resun is not an reliable brand. is that true? pls help to clear my doubt. or is there any other brand wich is more reliable and is abt the same budget?
