If you have a lot of hiding places, then they are most probably hiding.

At first i saw 3 of them on my drift wood .. i thought that was it .. after 2 weeks .. there are like 20 over grazing around like having a good sun tanning .. So relax .. probably now they are shy .. Remember to feed some Bioplus or shrimplet food for them =) Congrats

    Hi,

    Their hiding of course
It's instinct to do that, regardless if there are predators or not.

Don't let it bother you, they'll come out soon enough.
    Lastly congrats

Wait till the shrimplets reach around size of 0.5cm then you do a head count. Usually for a few days shrimplets will hide and seldom roam around. If till 3 weeks there are still no sign of the shrimplets, then your shrimplets may have not survived.

Please don't bring this up again, I gave the benefit of doubt to that person as different people has different setup.
If one has many hiding place, it is not possible to count, unless he removes all the landscaping which has the possibility of killing the shrimplets.

Just let it be, I think if they survive the first 2 weeks, they should be okay.

At 3-4 weeks, they are more prominent as they are larger and more daring to venture out.
