shouldn't be a problem .....moss doesn't need intense light

But I worried That they won't grow .
Light is normally not the limiting factor when mosses don't grow well. When that happens, it is normally because temperature is too high (above 27).

For my experience,
Use 2X39watt T5HO for your 3ft moss tank. Just make sure the tubes are rated for plants usage etc 6500K-7000K or even ADA 8000K but it won't make your moss grow faster as after all it is still just moss.
If your tank is intense with lots of moss, then I would suggest you using 4X39watt T5HO for your tank and hang it up higher away from the water surface etc 12cm apart to prevent algae growing on the tank glass.
Aquascaper?

Yes bro, foreground ,wall and DW all will be moss.
I have moss in every single condition before and no matter what light u use, it would not matter. If you only intending to plant moss, led would be good cause it's less intense and thus less algae issue. If you use t5 light or t8, there will be advantage too as if u want to upgrade to other plants which need more light, you do not have to change the lightset but there might be more algae, so if not using led light, I suggest max 6 hrs of light if not easy get algae.
still learning the hard way!!

2X39watt T5HO would suffice for moss and ferns? in my case I have a 3x1.5x1.5. Sorry for hijacking your post.
