Encountered a bout BBA attack in Feb/Mar, managed to fight it back using Yamato shrimp + SAE + less feeding. There are still some remnant BBA on the drift wood, which i left it as is. C&C welcomed.

    Hi himyick,

Your crypts are too big for comfort. but the color contrast there is ok.

Nice, I like the initial first picture though. I feel the crypt is out of place

What is the name of the stem plant at the right background of the last pic?

Re: My 90cm Planted Tank (Pic Intensive)

    Thanks!

@shadow & felix - interesting observation on the crypts, though I thought they lend a certain weight to the left side of the tank. Will experiment with doing away the crypt in due course. Thanks.
@gid & xf90 - i think its limnophila aromatica, it has a purplish tinge on the underside of the leaves.

Nice tank. I actually like how you use the crypts to 'balance' the left side. When the blyxa grow to certain height, it will looks more natural with the crypts infront.

Himyick, you can try with trimming the older leaves.

Re: My 90cm Planted Tank (Pic Intensive)

I actually prefer your first picture better not only because the picture is well taken (clearer), the plants on the right hand side of your first picture also has more variety and colour making the scape more interesting. Whatever it is, this scape is still very nice, now that the plants have grown in.

Re: My 90cm Planted Tank (Pic Intensive)

Your points has its merits. the plants are more obvious and varied in the earlier picture while the current ones have less distinction between foreground and background. the picture in feb was taken using hand phone camera while the recent was taken using normal camera but was playing with different aperture settings. Trying to get some emo shots of the fauna with background blurred. Still trying.
