perhaps can try tripod at low shutter speed so you can't see the traffic (just light streaks), obviously make sure snap during green light
these are iso 800 shots at 1/30 handheld. obviously no flash
ran it through photoshop and then neat image
its a little noisier than normal cos it was raining at the time.
