Hey guys!

I've been doing small aquariums for years (salt and fresh), but I'm now looking into vivariums. I love the land and water combination and am definitely looking forward to having a mini-waterfall in my bedroom . I've already made one practice attempt in a 5 gallon tank, but wasn't too happy with the result, so I'm posting a thread this time hoping to get some good advice along the way. Feel free to pitch in, and don't hold back!

Why welcome to AQ!

Personally, I have no idea or even a pinch of experience on vivarium. You might want to go through that section. Most of the guys there have amazing setups. At awe all the time. One of them you might want to check out is eddy planner. He does diys and gives excellent; no secret advice.

Absolutely nice people from what I've read from their posts. Sadly, you're in Tampa. Eddy does give lessons here in Singapore, sometimes.
