First of all, you have to think why do you want to transfer the berried CRS into external breeding box.

Get a stainless wire mesh cover the canister suction. It is best not to shift it you might frighten it and she might kick her eggs out. Unless you were doing selective breeding in the box. Do you have fishes? That why you scare shrimplet will get eaten?

By right after 24 hours after the shrimp get berried, the male shrimps should have stop chasing after her.

When the shrimp give birth, the shrimplets will be in hiding, the other shrimps will not eat them up. As for the shrimplets being sucked by the filter, Avex30 bro has replied you.

I do not have fishes in the tank but afraid the bigger shrimps will eat the shrimplets

CRS don't eat shrimplets unless the shrimplets are dying or dead.

If you noticed that your shrimps aren't moulting regularly, you may need to dose it 3-4 times per week as recommended by the instruction at the side of the mosura gravidas bottles. For me, I dosed 1/4 spoon 4 times per week.
