You would still need to feed them. Attention in the form of eye power is not required
For fast growth, a slightly warmer temperature around 25-26 would help, along with feeding food higher in protein.
A lower TDS close to 100 may also help them grow faster but their colors may suffer.
They reach sexual maturity around 3 months if I'm not mistaken
I prefer them to grow slowly, usually the color is nicer.
