What is the best size tank I should be going for 90cm or 120cm length for Rock scape?
Is local crystal tank any good compare to ADA tank?

No size limit for it. Locals tend to have 2-3 feet due to space/material/money issues.
But i welcome you to do 4-5 footers.
Have you tried to do a 3 footer in planted before? You should try
