    Hi all, just to share my newly setup 2ft Sulawesi tank after getting more shrimps from Matt. Current 2ft is housing Cardinals, Caridina Tigri, Red Orchids and six banded blue bee and assorted Tylo snails. Let the pictures do the talking.









    Here are some more kept in my IQ5.
    IQ5 housing, Cardinals, Red cat eye bee, Blue bee, Blue berry bee, yellow cheeks and yellow strips plus assorted tylo snails, blue ram horns and turtle snail.

    Very Very NICE !! I hope my cardinal can feed on the food i gave .. They are still not moving out to eat .. Not like yours ..

    My setup basics:

    Base/substrate - Coral sands
    Decorations - Drift wood branches
    - Sulawesi rocks
    - Borneo wild mineral rocks
    Plants - Moss ball and some long leaved plant maybe Jungle val?
    Filtration - Eheim 2213 canister with media and sponge inside
    Light setup - Beams work 400
    Tank - 2ft Gex L tank

    Don't worry bro, it will feed soon. Be patient as they are shy shrimps, need sometime to adapt and start eating.

    Nice. Faster upgrade your IQ5, once the babies come sure over stock haha. Breed alot so next time my tank ready can get from you

    Wow great setup and good to see shrimps moving around as mine are so shy after a month and still hiding.

    Wow..... just realised the setup for Sulawesi Shrimps are quite different from normal CRS..... i have them mixed together and the Sulawesi are slowly dying out on me.... damn.....

    Really nice set up you got there.....

    Thanks for the nice comments! Sulawesi shrimps are so colourful and vibrant. Advantge is maintainance are lower especially as it don't require chiller, cycling process is also faster as not using soil therefore ammonia and nitrates are low.

    Jovel bro, IQ5 is like my computer desk therapy, wont upgrade, will keep it for my eye candy. The rest will all go in the 2ft, will share more picture when there are progress. So far IQ5 have quite afew shrimplets of cardinals and cateyes.

    Garyp bro, do note on the requirements they need to survive. Sulawesi shrimps need high PH unlike the crs that are low.

    Neondagger bro, the black looking one is actually called the original blue bee i think. It's actually bluish when stress, now stable is dark and look blackish.

    Bro, your substrate looked very clean despite having . Did you siphon the substrate regularly?
