if you keeping the fries in seperate tank, water changes is needed if over fed.
CHeers..
as said, you will get a new hatch soon.

great news, my angel pair spawn again
sad case again this time, the pair ate their fries when i not around. not sure is it become they are too hungry as i did not feed them in the day =(
ate the eggs or fries ?
they ate the fries when the pair feel insecure for their fries.
NO worries, they will lay in 2 weeks time if they are a good confirm pair.

i not sure. at first they are doing quite well guarding the eggs. i think at the 3rd day when i went back home. all the eggs gone. no fries at all
had 3rd spawn but end up the fries being eaten up.
Venom, why not try artificial hatching the eggs, remove the parents and air bubble the eggs or remove the eggs to another small tank and bubble them.
That is what I did when my angel parents ate up the eggs 7 times, just check on the 2nd day if the eggs turn White mean eggs not fertilised and 3nd day if you can see wriggling eggs with tail mean OK.

thanks for the suggestion.
most likely i will remove their fries when they start to transfer their fries location.
something i worry about is which is the good food for the fries when the bbs eggs i bought does not really hatch much.
Try to call this LSF, LAM HONG AQUARIUM Blk 163, Ang Mo Kio Avenue 4, #01-476, Singapore 560163 Tel: 6452 5780.
I used to buy their BBS eggs in small container, their hatch rate very good. Those days Betta hobbyist use to buy from this shop.
I don't know now whether their BBS eggs hatch rate still good or whether they still selling them.

Venom..just go and buy boon or daphnia from fish shops. Clementi, Yishun, OTF at pasir ris also sell. You will see your fries grow very fast.
