Is it just me or Singtel is going to join smrt?( on reliability part)

Basically Singtel services are quite bad for example
In a mrt cannot load hd YouTube video
In bus don't even have 3G connection
Or it is common of these occurrence in all other telco providers?

Ok, so it's not just me having these same issues.

I kept my Singtel line as it's got the best reception especially during ICTs out in the ulu ulu places.

Now that I've completed my tour of duty... I think it's time to review switching providers. But the lingering though remains whether the other ISPs are just as bad or if not worse.

Then there's the issue with Singtel mobile reducing the network traffic cap drastically. BUT... I got a suspicion that other ISPs will soon follow suit.

It's always a case of "Monkey see Monkey do".. Hiaz...

i used Singtel 2 years back, can't even load facebook...lol You are very lucky to be able to load youtube

I complained to them and end up with tonnes of excuses by singtel... so give up and change

But frankly, no where near fantastic in mrt.

i'm using starhub, and the funny thing about starhub is that the only time i get to load youtube videos without loading screen is in mrt underground.

Because there are receiver installed in the tunnel In the mrt so there is phone signals.

at thursday my phone 1am plus no internet even the 3g sign is at my iphone i though my phone problem then i try the classic off on which always work but in the end STILL CANNOT THEN I white flag let it be at 230am OK AGIAN OMG SINGTEL IS JOINING SMRT BY THE DAY -.-

Haha I'm staring at a berried Yamato shrimp( when there is only three yamatos in y tank -.- 4d also not so lucky) I'm my fire red tank.besides I don't have laptop I use desktop it is 4 year plus le I let it rest after 6 hours of operation.plus I using wifi POWERED BY STARHUB so the speed like f1 ZOOOOOOMM

Singtel service quality is really bad nowadays. I kept getting dropped connection on my broadband at home. Yesterday was the best case, when the Internet connection is dropped on my broadband, i realize that my handphone(also Singtel) lost 3G and doublecheck with my wife's, it's the same. We lost connection for like 15minutes and then magically the connection is restored.

It's been on and off recently and gotten to the point where it is really frustrating than a nuisance. I wrote to Singtel to complaint and ask for discount on my monthly bills. hahaha.. no way that they will give which I know, however, doesn't stop me from vetting my frustration. I told them if they are planning to give me default reply and excuses for the service outages or even blatantly deny there's even an outage, then they don't have to bother replying to me.

You share my pain. Not sure how and why. 5 out of 7 Yamato berried.

So sickening when they get berries faster then cherries lol.

4 year desktop is still good. Starhub so far Internet has been good experience for me too. But their accounts and billing is a real joke. But I miss my ultimate plan... That is really F1 speed IMHO.
YouTube loads like no need to cache at all.

Alas, money now all go to fish tanks. Why to do

My colleague actually also complaining.
But he blame it on the phone being jail broken, his m1 iPhone does not suffer from this.

Should I show him this?

Call cs and complain. Ask for free 3 months bill. At least they give 1 month free because the frezzing issue on the last match of EPL on mio
