Yellowish leaves

Hi,
I had setup a 2ft cube tank (42 gallon) for three months.
Most of my red plants will turn yellowish within couple of weeks.
Here's some tank specs & husbandry:
ADA Amazonia II & New Amazonia substrate
24w x 4 T5 (6500k/14000k)
- 2x aquazonic
- 1x giesemann midday
- 1x giesemann aquaflora
Co2- 3bps
Ph- 6.8 ~7.0
Fertilizer dosage:
ocean nurition trace+/iron+/fert
Ocean nurition capsules
Water top up & changes done daily. (changes 1~3%)
Using aged tap water with seachem prime.

Those red plant leaves had shrunk its leaf size as well.
Instead of broad type had became needle type.

Can i assume that when you bought it, it was not in water?

When leave size changes, it indicates (sometimes) that its a plant that converting form.

Red plant turn yellow because not enought light. 2ft cube is double the standart 2ft and you use light which normally for 2ft
