    Hi there, i have been finding these worms/caterpillars amongst the duckweeds in my tank.. Can anyone tell me what they are exactly?!

    It's probably the caterpillar of a moth; some moth species have caterpillars which are aquatic, as they feed on water plants. Usually harmless, although some of your duckweed might end up getting chomped. See this Australian site for more info.

    The reddish one on the left that's out of focus looks like a bloodworm (larva of chironomid midge) to me.
    Small is beautiful.
