Recently just started to keep BKK and WR and notice that they are very fussy with food they eat. They dun like spinach, straw barley, Mosura Speciality food. They only like algae waffer and powder food. Would like to hear from other bros about their experience on this.

I feed mosura bioplus and borneowild grow and spinach. It depend on the breeder how they feed them so after you aquire them they will be picky. When i have them for 2 weeks they dont go near any solid food. But 3rd weeks they start showing interest. But still along the way sometime they still very selective eating.

Thanks for sharing bro. So we can say TB are more choosy shrimps? Haha. Have you tried feeding them with frozen bloodworm? Read from another forum that some keepers do feed them with frozen bloodworm so that the female saddle will appear faster.

Last time i have but hmm i do understand it will turn the water bad mean after feed them we got to do water change so i stop feed frozen bloodworm. It does help in getting the shrimp to grow at a faster rate but i just want to enjoy keeping them slowly.

If the finish all the bloodworm if not those slip into the gravel will turn rotten. Unless there is planaria clearing them but will still left a layer of it i think skin. Will create unwanted ammonia.

Hi bro Noobz, I am feeding my shrimps with frozen blood worms once every few days. It's like a snack to them and if I give them the worm, I won't give other food at the same time just to make sure they finished all. So far no problem with them eating all the worms and I guessed my snails ate the worm skin. Lol....

Thanks for sharing your experience bro. Maybe will try it out also but too bad my water PH is too low to have snails. Tried so many time and they cannot survive the low PH.
